- We will process your order as fast as possible and make sure the package arrives in the condition it left our premises. Shipping and delivery will be taken care of by Fedex, The Courier Guy or Courier IT. Delivery times are estimated and will vary based on distances from Metropolitan areas and availability of stock.

We have designed Halo Communications so that no personal identifying information is displayed online or is accessible to the general public. We do not sell or rent our customer information to any outside parties.
Described below is our privacy policy in these areas: - Use of Your Email Address: If you provide us with your email address, register as a customer or make a purchase from us, we will occasionally send you email with recommendations or notices of new products and prices. This email may include paid advertisements from third parties. To block future email of this type, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of the message. Separately, we send email to keep you informed about the status your orders. These messages cannot be blocked.
Registration: During the Halo Communications registration process, we ask you to provide us with information such as contact information, such as name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and telephone number. We use this information to verify your account and to process your orders.
Sharing of Information: We do not sell, rent or share any customer information, except for transactions involving third parties. In such cases, we provide only the information required to complete the transaction. By contract, the third party is not permitted to sell, rent or share this information. For advertising purposes, visitor and customer information is statistically aggregated and reported to advertisers. However, we do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to personally identify you, such as your name, account, password, credit card number, or transaction history.
Cookies: Halo Communications uses software tags called "cookies" to identify customers when they visit our site. They help us understand your buying preferences and customize our service to your needs. By understanding which areas of the site you visit, cookies allow us to present information, products and specials that are of personal interest. The information we collect with cookies is not sold, rented or shared with any outside parties. - Returns & Replacements
- All products sold by Halo Communications are covered under our 7 day Guarantee Against Defects. All products may be returned for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer and/or Halo Communications restrictions.
Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:
1. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories etc.
2. All Software, games and consumables are non-refundable.
3. Certain items and all custom/special orders may only be returned for replacement and not for refund.
4. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
5. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 25% and all non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable, and this must be within 7 days of you receiving the order.
6. If unopened goods are returned within 5 days, you will receive a refund excluding transport costs.
7. Delivery fees are not refunded for returns or for collecting of faulty items
8. Please note that if your item/s are returned with all accessories, manuals, packaging in in same condition that was shipped out, you will not receive a credit. - Ordering
- Orders may be placed telephonically or via the shopping cart on the website. Orders are final once the checkout procedure is complete.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment by bank transfer and credit card. Pricing is based of US Dollar to Rand rate and fluctuations will affect pricing on the website, pricing will change regularily due to these fluctuations.

- Orders may be view by logging in to ones account at http://www.haloshop.co.za.
- Updating Account Information
- At any time you may update your Halo Communications customer account information by going to the customer zone and clicking on "Edit Personal Details". Here you may update your name, password, billing address, shipping address, and telephone number.
